Ticket Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to match tickets purchased for Bridon Ropes FC home fixtures.

1. Refunds

Match tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.

A refund will not normally be provided where a purchaser is unable to attend, changes their plans, arrives late or chooses not to attend the fixture.

Where a fixture is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, Bridon Ropes FC will publish the arrangements applicable to tickets purchased for that fixture.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

2. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets are issued to the purchaser and may not be transferred, resold or otherwise passed to another person without the prior consent of Bridon Ropes FC.

Tickets must not be resold for profit or through an unauthorised resale platform.

The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel a ticket where it has been transferred, resold or obtained in breach of these terms.

3. Admission

A valid ticket is required for admission where advance ticketing applies.

Bridon Ropes FC reserves the right to refuse admission or require a person to leave the ground where reasonably necessary for safety, security, misconduct or a breach of Club or venue rules.

Any person under the age of 16 must attend with a responsible adult.

4. Fixture Changes

Fixture dates, kick-off times and venues may occasionally change because of league, cup, weather, safety or other operational requirements.

Where a fixture is postponed or rearranged, the Club will confirm whether existing tickets remain valid for the revised fixture or whether another arrangement applies.

5. Lost or Misused Tickets

The purchaser is responsible for keeping their ticket or booking confirmation secure.

The Club is not responsible for tickets shared, copied or used by another person without the purchaser’s permission.
