Venue: Meridian Sports & Social Club
Kick-off: 3:00pm

Bridon Ropes produced a superb second-half comeback to record their first league victory of the season with a thrilling 6–2 win over Tooting Bec.

Ropes made the perfect start when Yedidja Kossi opened the scoring after just five minutes, but the visitors turned the game around before half-time. Oscar Black levelled in the 40th minute before Sirak Negassi struck on the stroke of the interval to send Tooting Bec in 2–1 ahead.

The response after the break was emphatic. Abdulai Turay restored parity in the 55th minute before Kossi scored his second of the afternoon with ten minutes remaining to put Ropes back in front.

That goal opened the floodgates. Substitute Rizgar Bedir made it 4–2 in the 84th minute before fellow substitute Emmanuel Oshinowo struck twice in three minutes to complete a remarkable late surge.

Five second-half goals secured a memorable 6–2 victory and lifted Ropes onto four points from their opening five league fixtures.
