Club Statement: Appointment of First Team Manager

Bridon Ropes FC can confirm the appointment of Uche Ibemere as First Team Manager with immediate effect.
Uche returns to the club having previously worked within the Bridon Ropes FC setup and brings with him a strong understanding of the club’s values, playing staff, and competitive environment. His appointment follows a thorough review process and reflects the club’s desire to provide stability and direction as we enter the second half of the season.

The club believes Uche’s experience at this level and his familiarity with Bridon Ropes FC make him well placed to lead the squad and support a push up the league table during the remainder of the campaign.
Uche will take charge of his first training session on Wednesday and will oversee his first fixture on Saturday 24 January, when Bridon Ropes FC host Croydon FC in a home league match at Meridian Sports and Social Club.

Club Chairman Mick Puszyk said:
“Uche knows this football club well and understands both the demands of the league and the challenges we face at this stage of the season. We felt it was important to appoint someone who could provide immediate stability, clarity, and leadership. Uche is a respected figure within the club and a safe pair of hands, and we are confident he can help drive improved performances and results in the months ahead.”
